Frequently Asked Questions
How often do you come?
We visit weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one time
only. If you need one time only service for a
party or social gathering, please contact us 3
business days prior to event. Pricing may vary.
Can I choose the day?
We can accommodate special events or parties if
you give advance notice. If you sign up for
recurring services we will let you know the day
of the week, which is determined by your
location.
Is there an extra charge for first time cleanup?
If there has been an extended period of time
since your last yard cleaning, there may be an
extra charge for the first visit. Please contact
us for a more accurate quote.
Can my dog stay in the yard while you scoop?
In most cases yes. Most dogs love the attention
when we visit. However if the dog displays
aggressive behavior and won’t allow us to enter
the yard, we will notify you and return to the
space once dig is restrained or confined. If we
can’t reach you within a reasonable time frame,
while our team is at your yard, you will be
charged for the cleaning.
What yard access do you need?
Our scoopers need access to your yard on day of
service. If we cant enter your yard to perform
service because gate is locked, you will still
be charged for the trip. If you prefer, we can
loan you a combination lock for the gate at no
cost. We will send you a gate photo at the
conclusion of each visit so you have peace of
mind your dog will be safely secured upon our
exit.
